He was in a lot of movies over the years

 

Never knew his name but knew the movies. RIP

 

I didn’t know his name either, but as soon as I read dances with wolves and maverick I knew exactly who it was

 

He was a main side character in the show Defiance. He was also in the Marvel show, Echo. Great actor. He worked a lot. R.I.P.

 

I think the last movie I saw him in was that Horror movie about the wendigo. The name of the movie is escaping me.

 

A few old timer RIPs - Rick Davies (lead singer and keyboard guy)of Supertramp and crazy hair Mark Volman of the Turtles both passed. Both groups had some memorable AM radio tunes in the 60's/70's.

RIP Robert!! Must have watched The Sting a hundred times. Liked The Natural but overall have not watched any other Redford movies.

Made it to 89. Since no one gets out alive I consider living past 85 a victory over life.

 

Saw most of his flicks. Liked the obvious ones plus 3 Days of the Condor, Sneakers, Downhill Racer, The Candidate and his director roles in Ordinary People and the Horse Whisperer. Also bought some very nice but way overpriced jewelry for my ladies over the years from his Sundance Boutique. RIP Sir.

 

Seriously? Birch Cassidy and the Sundance kid? All the presidents men? Three days of the condor? A river runs through it? ….

 

Damn! I totally forgot those and I liked them.

 

I believe Brubaker, Jeremiah Johnson , and Captain America winter soldiers are the only movies I've ever watched him in.

 

You didn't see two classic movies? Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and The Sting.

 

Ah, Butch and Sundance, The Sting, The Natural...........Couldn't get the willing suspension of disbelief with "the Way We Were". In reality, there's no way someone as........unattractive as Barbara Streisand could attract someone who looked like Redford!
