    So, TJ gets DPOY then?

Since actual sacks don't matter. ;)

Opening day @ Baltimore. I think that was the game where Ben said Bart Scott hit him the hardest he ever has been hit. I could be wrong but that game was an a$$ kicking on both sides of the ball.

Then all those Pats games. ha

I’ll never understand how ppl can’t see that. So many ppl defended the decision to roll with what we have at WR & they said that the litter of TEs would more than compensate.

Well, no, they won’t. Our complementary WRs just can’t seem to get open & they are tiny & injury prone. And, defenses can focus on DK bc they don’t have to really respect the other guys.

Nothing about standing pat at WR made sense. Also, if DK gets hurt we have no one who can adequately pick up the slack. And, the lame ass, predictable scheme doesn’t help. Wish I could say I’m surprised, but, I can’t.

    And to be truthful
Don’t matter who our qb is
If defense keeps playing like this
Right now cant stop a runny nose

You are right, I forgot this fan base can't handle someone making a few bone head problems a year, yet be a problem for opposing teams.

Remember when this very well coached team lost to the 2 worst teams in the NFL, back to back? Pepperidge Farms remembers.

It's not like we didn't ever see Wilson cook here. He had his great games here.

If there is ANY pride in these high priced athletes, this game should be a trigger point. They didnt pull anything out at the end here. This is a moment to see if that price included any amount of leadership from each of these 'elite' athletes. I mean they get NE next week, but you have to start somewhere. (and given what we've seen that game isn't a given).

That jets win is looking less impressive after what the bills did to them.

and Darnold had plenty of time to throw and still gave us two int’s - wait till we face a really good Qb. I dont think JP jr coming back will make much of a difference. Cam, TJ and Highsmith look ineffective.

I wouldnt put Seattle as one the two worst teams in the NFL. Giants, Browns, Dolphins, Pats, Saints, Cardinals, there are some bad teams out there.

Remember when this very well coached team lost to a 1st year expansion team???
I do, but I said , can't win them all. In fact, I can only remember one team winning them all, even after all these years of watching. It will be OK. 11-6. So I expect 5 more losses.

And if I recall Barry turned out ok...Is 1,690 yds still the Steelers single season record?? And that kickoff against the Niners is still etched in my memory.

No. He was saying losing to a bad team.

I just said it can be (and has been) worse.

Yeah. I remember it well. They dominated the entire game. They just couldn't help shooting themselves repeatedly in the foot.

When is the last time we dominated ANYONE?
