And this officially means that we'll sign either Starks, Legs or any of our recent OL who are FAs?

That would've been a bad decision you don't pass on a starting caliber RB LeVeon Bell to take a ILB.

i agree with butler there were all rb around and we still have only foote (with spence career in danger)
not to mention we served brown to the ravens to close the deal ... terrible

Fans always complain about the teams draft picks I think Steelers GM Kevin Colbert knows more about these players than the fans. Most of the fans haven't even seen these guys play but complain when the team doesn't draft the player they like.

Oh please. Yup, everything the FO does is perfect. Everyone Hi-Five. If you don't have something perfectly positive to say, your opinion is invalid.

No fans here know anything about the draft or have watched any of these prospects either.

The Steelers will add 16 UDFA after the draft per GM Kevin Colbert they better find some O-line depth it wasn't addressed in the draft.

I'm not saying the FO is perfect they're not but they know more than any of us. Most fans are just going by a name they haven't watched these players play in college, I watch a lot of college football and I don't know half of these players either.

So what? We're fans, we're emotional, we get angry, we get excited, because that's what fans do. I don't care if Colbert knows more about them than I do, it doesn't mean I'm going to agree with everything he does. How boring must your life be if you simply bow to the professionals and assume you don't know **** compared to them?

Pat Kirwan said today that he believes Vince Williams will sit on our practice squad this year and will take over for Foote starting next year. Here's hoping...

Don't hear anybody saying the FO is perfect but they will be held a lot more accountable than some random poster on a fan board no one will remember in December. I think I will trust those with the better track record and are accountable.

i'm sure they traded up because there was nassyb one pick away , too bad the giants took him , then they took shamarko and probably they would have took one of the 3 pplayers went before rour original pick (b.jones t.wilson bw webb) , we were shocked and panic to take a guy like landry so high , infact there was a brawl...our draft took a big hit there

colbert would have known better (????) but butler wanted the same all we wanted in rd 2 , and instead of that qb we could have took a rb like jonathan franklin or lattimore since we have alaready some power to run on the roster
