Chiefs vs chargers

Possible, but many thought the Patriots' dominance was over after 2009 when they finished 10-6 and got crushed 33-14 by the Ravens in the wild card round... Yet they dominated for another decade!

I'm not saying it will be the same for the Chiefs; everything will depend on what their front office does. The Chiefs haven't been dominant in the last two years and they had many weaknesses, but they found a way to get to two Super Bowls and win one.

That last kickoff looked like it was going out of bounds and the Chiefs should not have returned it.

Not sure of the new kicking rules, but if a ball hits in the landing zone and then goes out of bounds, is the ball still placed at the 40?

 

Just when you think the Chiefs are done, Mahomes makes that play on 4th down. Wow!

Great game by Herbert tonight...He was amazing all game long!

 

Good play calling by Harbaugh with 2 minutes to go. Instead of just running the ball 3 times and punting it back to Mahomes, he trusted Herbert to make the plays to run the clock out.

 

One of his best, about time.

 

Finding it enjoyable when Chiefs lose. Little shocked people took them in a few of my Suicide polls. Good for me.

 

Both opening games for NFL have been close and exciting. Hate that bad calls decide things. Dropped passes by Cowgirls saved me in my Polls.

 

Chargers almost blew another W vs KC.

Surprised they pulled it out. KC looks just like last year. If Mahomes doesn’t pull miracles out of his backside this game is a blowout.

 

I know your dislike for Chargers. I thought of you when they won. AFC has to many good QB's.

Actually I think we will be pleasantly surprised by Johnson. Reminds me of my first favorite Steeler: John Henry Johnson. I was young but always heard older family members talking about him. He was great and another Steeler HOFer!!

 

Just watched highlights. Freaking AFC has the QB's. I remember his first few season, 5000 yarder. Was sure he'd see an AFCCG and he just might. We'll kick his ass of course.

 

The chargers offense did his job last night in the second half....Mahomes had a very good second half but the chiefs did nothing in the second half!

 

Chiefs Defense was terrible.

 

He had 1 catch for 5, and one run for 5. LoL

 

It's been a bad few days for me. Chargers winning, though the Chiefs did just as much to give the game away as the Cs did to win. AND my Dodgers get swept by the Pirates. Let's go Steelers!

I kept trying to tell people; cracks in Kansas City's armor are beginning to show. This is the year where that weakness is exploited. Next up for the Chiefs?! Philadelphia.


It shouldn't be "must win" per say but a win against Philly will ease off some pressure against Baltimore.
