Greetings and Salutations Steeler fans.

I played and coached ( high school level ) and was a Steeler fan for as long as I can remember.
I grew up on Long Island, and I remember as a very young boy asked my father who should I root for, The Jets or the Giants? He said son, they both stink! This was the mid 70's. . Come watch the playoffs with me. I promise you you will see better football. So I did and the Steelers won their first Super bowl. I have been a big fan since.

Joel Buchsbaum was one of the original draftniks for Pro Football Weekly, and had that nasal NY accent. He was on KMOX in St. Louis weekly giving his opinion on college prospects. He was an interesting listen.
