    Yes Peyton Manning had 28 interceptions in his rookie season but he was also top 5 in TD with 26 and in yards that year....He had a rough start in 1998 but he got better and better as the year progressed.He had 23 TD,17 INT in his final 12 games after a brutal first 4 games
