Every time I see him, I keep thinking "when did Freddy Mercury come back to life and sign with the Steelers?"

The rip off of Mark Malone who ripped of Tom Selleck is somewhat dated, but fits his recent Malone play.

    Nope

I’m not impressed with what he has done playing pitch and catch against a bunch of soon to be used car salesmen

    Now on an NFL level

Skylar Thompson 1 TD 3 Interceptions

Mason Rudolph 28 TD 20 Interceptions

    Now there are some facts

IR for 4 weeks then he replaces Skylar on the 53

It’s just a pinky and the 53 would have been Rodgers Rudolph Howard so it’s just a short delay

Plus some how the 21 day window fits in

Have no idea what they decide, but this seems the most logical. The Skylar love is typical preseason, as you posted earlier his regular season showings are not at all impressive. The 4 week window gives the team options as the long season unfolds.

Warren wasn’t even the 3rd down back with Harris but a rookie is going to regulate him to that roll :lolol:

The bulk of his carries came on 1st and 2nd down last season. Not much 3rd down work at all.

#1 - Made me almost spit out my beer

#10 - Will make me nervous any time we are in the Red Zone. He has 7 career fumbles and as I've stated before they seem to come at the worse time.

I kinda agree with You plus they know who knows the playbook best, and who has looked the better of the 2 in practice. So whatever their decision, I will role with. They see them both way way way more than anyone on here does.

My point is Warren and Gainwell are better pass catchers than Kaleb so they will be used on third down, I'm not saying Kaleb is going to be the starter .

He was the third-down back, which is where he got most of his receiving touches. His carries were limited, as they have been throughout his pro career so far.

Some folks here are being fooled by a modern-day Babe Laufenberg.

Wrong. I’ve posted the numbers before from last season. His carries came on 1st and 2nd down.

Rudolph already proved himself two years ago under pressure in big regular season games. They’d be stupid to cut him for one or two simple mistakes in meaningless preseason games.

I’d hold off on crowning Skylar the backup to AR. He hasnt done squat in meaningful play. And remember, KP and MT looked good in preseason….

LOL. Pulling up Skylar's rookie stats to prove your point. ( and his 2nd year he attempted just 30 passes). Based on that you would say Manning wasn't a starter.

Babe Laufenberg played backup QB for many teams in the late 80's. Cowboys, Chargers, Redskins and a few more.
