Mitchell Tinsley had a great game last night and there probably isn’t enough room on the Bengals roster for another WR. Bengals need serious help with LB’s, CB’s and Oline. Small sample size for Tinsley but he made some great plays and the Bengals may end up trading him. Very unlikely they deal him to us but it would be worth looking in to.

They can hide him on IR for 4 games if they want to if they are scared and keep Thompson. Depends on how far along the break is healing. Sucks that it happened but that's football.

I don't think they would fetch anything for Thompson.

So now you think they’re going to use one of two designated to returns on Howard? Thompson is 28. At best he’s going on the practice squad

leal for sure will go. can they get anything for him? not much if anything.

they just signed another OLB. willekes. he led the ufl.

there are also reports dalton risner could be considering a visit to pittsburgh. free agent offensive guard. we could use some depth.

would they consider trading mark robinson? a good special teamer. i'd keep but if they are going to cut him in a crowded room they may consider that first.

i'm not sure we have a lot of tradeable players at this point.

93.7 the fan… on this morning’s show… said Washington inquiring about Friermuth.
Mentioned Mclaurin and a 2 rd pick for Pat.
    Personally, let’s get it done.
I like Muth, but we have a stacked TE room right now

KFP on the block is hilarious. Rather have Mason than him.
Who is going to take another chance on KFP? I realize Steelers did more harm than good for KFP, I hope the young man got a good education and can find a job in his field of studies. Just like Fields not a qb at this level.

That's for sure, just look at Logan Woodside he has been in the league for 7 years and has thrown a grand total of 7 passes in his career but still keeps getting signed to be someone's practice squad or 3rd team QB.

Even if Howard healthy I doubt he'd see action unless the unthinkable would happen. Seems a waste of a year. Injuries a b!tch.

All the more reason it is of great importance of whom the information is coming from; this case Fillipponni. I am not a fan of his either.

8 returns during the season, an individual player is limited to 2 returns, but it counts as 2 on the 8 total allowed......but, I am with you. Seems like a lot of contortions to rat hole a guy who is a 6th round pick as a QB. He has not sparkled in training camp or preseason due to his injury......so what exactly has happened to make other teams out there hungry for a QB that they passed on thru 6 rounds of the draft?

That is an interesting one. We are deeper at TE than most 2 team combos. A 2nd round pick is pretty solid. But, he is a fan fav...MUUUUUTTTTTTHHHHH, and Arthur Smith is supposedly big on TEs. Mclaurin is on a rookie contract and Muth is around the 7th highest paid TE in the league (forgot the exact spot, but around that).

2nd round pick, good receiver and more salary cap room........They might tell the crowd to start practicing Smmmiiiiiittttttthhhhhh, tell AS to adjust his battle plan and save some money. Take the emotion and loyalty aspect out of it and it is a pretty solid deal for the Steelers. It actually seems very close to a too good to be true deal.

Add the FG kicker Sauls to the list along with Waitman and Thompson.
