This is because the Offensive Line will need to endure some early season growing pains.

Nothing more to it than that.

i agree - I did not mean to displace Warren, I meant to compliment him. Does not appear that will be the case.

Still don’t get why we just didn’t resign Naj? He was explosive powerful to me and pay wise, nothing crazy. The combo of Naj and Warren behind a solid line would give teams fits. H3ll, they couldn’t stop him from going forward with mediocre line play and getting to him before he even got out of the back field!

I dunno, most on here told me why we had to but TBH, still don’t get it.

Again, One step forward, Two back….

Right now it's training. He's likely sticking to plays designed until he's proven he can be trusted to hit other holes.

Tomlin would never start an undrafted Running Back over a #1 draft pick Running Back. That was never going to happen.

Not so sure on this, I am not sure how he is on special teams, he could replace a person there?

Could somebody tell me why we should accept a slow start to our running game? I mean this group has had OTA's
Training camp, preseason, etc. Most of them have been playing ball since they were in Pee Wees. Chuck Noll used to use a phrase
that football is not a complicated game, you block and tackle.

It's all Najee Harris fault he's too slow no vision.

Yes, it will take as long as it takes to get rid of Tomlin and Smith.

Granted, you would have very special, like Barry Sanders, to have big success as a RB on this team, but Najee really lacked vision. Painful to watch a lot of his plays.

Definitely not freaking out about Johnson. After all he hasn’t taken a single snap with the 1st team offensive line. However, I’m certainly not going to praise his work from last night against players that will be looking for work in two weeks

Being that neither of them are going anywhere you no longer need to watch. No reason for you to suffer anymore.

Harris had too many mediocre games last year and throughout his career.

Of course, it wasn't just his fault, and he had a poor offense, but I wasn't impressed by his overall play. Last year, he had three games in a row of 100 yards or more in October, but before or after, he was a 3.5 to 4.0 yards per run running back.James Conner was better with us but it was a major struggle to stay healthy with us

Maybe he'll be better with the Chargers if he's healthy, but he's not irreplaceable with us... Not for $7-8 million in a year.
