Do they do their own slaughtering, or do they have it brought in??

 

They not only do the slaughtering they raise the cattle etc

They started out as a farm supplying local butchers and then d3cide to build their own market right next to the farm

Within 2 years they outgrew the first building and then moved into a building where another butch had gone out of business

I went yesterday and the parking lot was packed and at least 6 butchers behind the counter

 

Exactly how it should be. That is exactly like the one we go to.

 

Somehow I think your dogs make out like a bandit because of this place.
