I had a friend that wanted to try out for the show. I was like please don’t. You’ve already tried committing suicide once. You struggle with ptsd after your time in Afghanistan and are on meds for that. I’ve got no doubt you could do it physically, but the mental challenge might be a bit much.

My 3 favorite books by him are......IT, and I was not a fan of the recent movies, The Shining, and The Wind Through the Keyhole(a book in the Dark Tower series).

No pun intended but that would be crazy. Sometimes I wonder about how they screen these folks beyond just reading their resumes and watching their promo videos. Maybe a quick psych evaluation? Some seem off center a bit from the get go.

You have to think they do some major screening, but you never know.

Just started watching a show on Apple called Shrinking. Jason Segel and Harrison Ford. Subtle comedy. I like it a lot!

I was glad to see they brought back R. Daltrey in a bit of thinking back on the last episode I watched. I figured that was it for him on the show after he lost his head.

You have been ignoring true detective for a few years now. It’s probably better than every other show mentioned in this thread so any review or recommendation is clearly ignored

I haven't been ignoring it. I just haven't had time to watch it. I usually get on one thing, and watch it till it's over, and I started this Highlander series, and it has 119, or so episodes. That's 119 hours, and I watch one a night.

I remember him showing up in a couple flashbacks.

Hell, even Xavier St. Cloud showed up in a flashback long after his death.

The 4 Horsemen are coming... :hehehe::hardrock::duel:

Well, it's official now. Dave Bautista has been cast as the Kurgan. Filming starts in September, and they're shooting for a 2026 release.

I’m revising this to Into the Night on Netflix IS freaking terrible. It had started to get a bit monotonous and then boom it ended mid season.

Aliens Earth has me excited with starting next week. I'm a huge Aliens fan, and have read almost every book that has been written about it. I seen Aliens 5 to 7 times in a theater in Commerce Texas one year. LoL

Netflix has a show about Hollywood from it's inception. Only watched a couple episodes but I must say Thomas Edison was a prick. Big movie companies hated the independent film makers. Edison was part of the big guys. They burnt down the independent's guy's place.
