true he hasn't. there are only so many openings for players in the league and because one guy doesn't make it doesn't mean they all follow that trajectory.

It's in the low 70's here in Western Pennsylvania. Last night was down to 51°, better bundle up.

I moved out onto my screened porch to sleep last night

As long as it doesn’t dip into the 30’s or above 70 at night I sleep outdoors

Listening to the trains at night is a comfort sound

For a short time I lived in the suburbs of Chicago, a place called Brookfield, and I lived right next to one of those spot where they change, and rehook up trains, the noise.......it drove me crazy. LoL

I’ve taken 3 vacations by train with another coming up in August

On one I went from Beijing through Mongolia through Siberia through Siberia through Russia to Moscow

I mentioned Siberia twice because it is bigger than the entire United States and very pretty

    Go Steelers

In RR lingo, it's a "hump yard" and not exactly like staying at a Motel 6.

Steelers resigned Breiden Fekoko DL again

As he posted on Twitter “Non earth shattering news”

His father sat in front of me for a preseason game and may have been the scariest looking human I ever saw

When his son ran onto the field that man’s face lit up like a Christmas tree with a smile from ear to ear

    Big scary looking teady bear

    Pot meets kettle.

The Mother of All Ironic Statements from Mike Tomlin in 2025 thus far. Not sure if he is going to top this one. If there is some silver lining, perhaps he has learned to not move players into disadvantageous positions.

    Passenger car or box car

Not judging I’ve traveled on both

LoL, Passenger. The only time ive ever done the box car was just from one side of town to another, and if My folks caught me, it was hell to pay.
I'd hide my bike, and then jump on one to a friend's house, and then again back, and one day my folks were waiting with my bike. LoL

ditto on the strip pits. swim, fish, shoot, hang out. we also traveled the haul roads to get anywhere. you could get everywhere by those dirt roads that you wanted. coal trains and crossings were everywhere back then. not too many around anymore. even the tracks are gone now.

heck in HS, half the school would meet at a certain pit and usually drink a couple of beverages and just hang out. we knew nobody would bother us and we wouldn't bother anyone.

usually it was friday night at the drive-in when they had $5.00 a carload night. whomever had a trucks or cars that night would pile everyone in it and go through the gate. people in the trunks and piled inside. lawn chairs on top of the roof. guys, girls half the high school was there. sat. we went to the strip pits. fun times.:smiley1::cool:

That is not how most people think of Siberia. They think of harsh terrible conditions where they send dissidents. I always wanted to ride the Orient Express.
