It's that time, who is your 1st pick for the 2013 draft. Praying Jarvis Jones falls to 17 but just don't see it, so I'm going with a trade down from 17 and Arthur Brown!

Man this is a tough one...normally I can make up my mind...but shoot...

If no trade down the names that keep popping up to me are..

Cooper, Vaccaro, J. Jones and Patterson.

While I do not care for a couple of them...I'd accept them regardless.

The rest of the draft who knows?! This is one of the toughest years in recent memory for sure.

the only question i have is

in our system does he see the field year one. It took James Harrison how long??

Still love the pick. The only OLB that i felt had the right build for starting on 3 downs not just a nickel rusher like mingo or jordan

The medical issue is a NON issue. I don't know why it is being brought up again and again. Doctors for over THREE years have cleared him. He's good to go?

Now will he start? That's a bigger question. The fact he is 24 will actually work in his favour. He's more mature than the typical 22 year old that is going to come in. He played the exact role in Georgia that he will now in Pittsburgh.

My expectations (even before we drafted him) is that Jones can be a 6-8 sack guy in his rookie year. I will take that production. LOVE the pick.

You are starting to show ur lack of knowledge. Every player on every team is one snap away from it. He played in tje biggest baddest conference in college and was dominate. The steelers have to s more info than u and tomlin and colbert both said it was a non issue.
