not just any guy thats rated as a safety will do. this position has changed to a much more important spot on the defense then used to be thought 5-10 years ago. some of the bigger cb's could start to be considered as the new breed. guys like rhodes. golden that we kept last year was a college saftey and cb. these safeties have to be able to cover now at a higher rate then ever before. not to mention do everything else that a safety used to do. they will be in high demand.
