My favorite was when we beat the previously undefeated '04 Eagles 27-3, because I was at that game. They went on to lose to Pats in Superbowl.

I have to go with the playoff win against the Colts team in 2005. They were the best team in the NFL that year and were heavily favored to win the Superbowl. We surprised them by coming out with Ben throwing the ball a lot and by the time the Colts knew what hit them they were trailing 21-3.

I’ve always been of the view that the mid-70’s Raiders would have been a dynasty if it weren’t for the Steelers.

That win over the 49ers in the regular season was the only loss that the Superbowl champions 49ers had that entire year. The Steelers 1984 team was probably the best coaching job that Chuck Noll ever did. He was hit by Franco going to the Seahawks, Bradshaw retiring in July right before the season and Lambert going on injured reserve with turf toe. But Noll cobbled together a team with QB's Mark Malone, David Woodley and Scotty Campbell and lead them to the AFC championship game.

that was IMPRESSIVE - back to back, IIR, NE and Philly - both undefeated, coming to our Crib. BEN too HOT to handle, STIFLING DEFENSE and great running game

Man those 70's teams from Dallas was tough as hell, but not tough enough thanks to the hard working sweat colored uniforms of that black and gold! I was not even a teen yet but those teams in the 70's hooked me. I lived, breathed, and ate black and gold. It was all I cared about. From playing backyard football pretending to be Lambert to diving for passes like Swann, I was eat up!

What a rookie year Ben had! I'll always remember it fondly, despite the evil empire ruining it in the end.

    78 Cowboys in SBXIII

two titans fighting it out, no sissified rules to limit the defenses, no Bill Belichick style cheating. Just the champs against the former champs (us) at full strength battling it out.

i thought we’d lose. We might have if their TE hadn’t dropped a gimme catch in the end zone late in the game.

Took an all time great defense to stop Kenny Stabler. Those were football games.

Both SBs against the 70’s Cowboys were very impressive wins. I always like the rivalry of the Oilers VS Steelers though. Chuck Noll and Bum Philip’s really hated each other and that’s what made it all the better.

Noll's hatred was for Sam Wyche who he called "Wicky Wacky".
