The bad part was .. the safety knocking the snot out of the WR's was Everett, who had played for the Steelers. Just a lousy day I haven't forgotten.

I'd think he would have a burned lawn. Also yes Stewart would have edged him out as the more dynamic player.

He wasn't here long enough afterwards. Hell it was like he already packed his bags before the SB.
Again I've been told it was a bad route by the Wr, but the ball went straight to the DB, and the Wrs was open .

Please, I just had lunch. This subject is hard to stomach. I’m still convinced he threw that SB. Jerry jones got to him financially. JMO:puking 3:

S.T.D on a Steeler message board back then, 'Cornerbacks, can never have enough cornerbacks.' Yes different things would have to happen, but my friend some things will never change! lol

Colin Cowherd says Cornerbacks are highly overrated... even the best ones, because they are the furthest from the ball. :lolol:

He got in the radio HOF this year, hey whatever floats your boat. I listen because my work van has limited options and what was once 3 to 4 sports talk in the area is now down to one. I enjoy Lavar, Dan Patrick and the boys, but cringe when I hear that voice.

I'll never forgive Neil for losing that Super Bowl and he knew most of Pittsburgh wouldn't either, he had to leave.

When I woke up it was halftime, and I had a really bad hangover from the night before. This was during the height of my bartending days. Thank goodness I had about a gram of blow left or I would have just gone back to bed. Still haven't watched the full game.

He was planning on going to the JETS before even traveling to the SB. Everybody knew that was going to be his last game with the Steelers. He had the 2nd best passer rating that year in the history of the NFL and he threw those gifted picks? Fishy. Very very Fishy. Why are we even talking about this loser?

oh man. Even thinking about this brings back my anger. I couldn't stand the Cowboys. I called the on sides kick that game and it worked , all for not because of jagoff Neil.
I was in the prime of my fandom at the age of 17 at the time and I wanted to break the TV at the hotel party my senior year of high school. I do think after I left people did break the TV that night.
Not 1 but 2 gifts to Larry Brown , who owes Neil his life.

I threw everyone out of my apartment immediately after that second INT. Probably a dozen people or more. Some of them I have not seen to this day. Bunch of Bengals fans rooting for Dallas. :stogie:

I think the Steelers would have retired the number 14 to get that stench off the team.

If you want to break your TV because of watching a sporting event, you're taking it waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too seriously and should seek professional counseling.
