will this affect the steelers at all?

    Not sure how anything could fall back on us, even tho the investigation has been ongoing since May of `11...
    He has sold all of his remaining ownership in our team, and as far as I can tell, the investigation is focused SOLELY on dealings within his private company.. Pilot Flying J...
    The details are extemely slow coming, but from what I can tell, the IRS, is investigating Flying J, for not paying some rebates that it promised to pay truckers, for buying gas at his gas stations, er, I mean convenience centers...
    As far as I can tell, it is COMPLETLEY unrelated to any NFL business...:shrug:
    Sure does put his brother, the Governor(or Mayor, or whatever), of Tennessee, in a rather uncomfortable situation, tho, since he still owns stock in the company... :roflmao:

    not really steeler related but thought it was funny. jimmy haslem was just named in a federal investigation of his company pilot flying j of fraud and other federal crimes.

    as an owner for the steelers at the time of this investigation, i wouldn't say nothing to do with them. all his money and business dealings will be under investigation.:cool:

    I think what he meant is that the investigation doesn't involve the Steelers and will have no effect on the team.

    Either meaning is correct though :lolol:
