I don't Rodgers think has ever skipped training camp OTAs yes, the Steelers won't put up with that.

Then the line may move up, and it will be too late. If they won 8 games with a combo of a very young Mason/Duck with that schedule they had that year....they can win at least 9 games this year, and I'm feeling 11 this year....so 8.5 seems easy.

The NFC North will be very tough for the steelers this year.

I will likely wait until August before I decide to bet if it stays at 8.5.

The Steelers will probably move on if he hasn't made up his mind by training camp.

Probably, but that's only 4 games out of 17.

They've put up with the Tomlin December/January dumpster fires for 7 plus years now. They'll put up with ANYTHING. We are the stillers, not the STEELERS. We ARE the team other teams pray to play in wild-card round of the playoffs. When we don't make the playoffs, other teams are sad.

Everyone here is kidding themselves. The Steelers have no choice to wait out Rodgers. He has all the leverage. IF he wants to skip unnecessary 3 day camp in early June, he will. Honestly no vet QB needs this stupid little camp. Rookies, yes, veterans, no. The ones that show up DO have my respect, but it wont change how well the veteran plays his position or melds with his teammates come week 1.

If the Steelers put a hard deadline, Rodgers declines and we're stuck with Rudolph and Howard and Thompson. That wll be a major letdown for 25-26 season, but possibly the best thing for the Steelers from 2026 onward.
Win now or develope now and hope to win more later.

Yes, he intended to stay out when he knew there wasn't much interest. You have no idea what teams thought of Belichick. You are making that up. If your argument is that the rest of the NFL thinks Belichick is nothing without Brady then you really have no idea what you are talking about.

he said 1 or 2 wins more than rudolph...not compared to last year. he also added that he felt that 11 wins was the ceiling, and a first round loss...again. its still not worth the effort to deal with rodgers. he is no Favre

Rodgers attempted 580+ passes last season. The Steelers combined for 499. I think Rodgers is good for 450-500 passes this season.

Show me my quote where I said NFL thinks "Belichick is nothing without Brady". Those are your words.

You win. Can't refute your logic.... One quarter of the league looking for new HCs and try as they might, couldn't entice Belichick to their team....

    I didn’t say it

I was responding accordingly to another post

Ho back and read a little slower and see if you can tell where you were wrong

Although if rodgers signs I am going 11-6

What happen if Rodgers said no before the training camp and when the training camp is over,Rodgers said yes?

I am sure, the steelers will said yes too, unless they add a QB(Cousins?) before that

Rodgers tore his Achilles 2 years ago, won 5 games last season and is 41 years old but if he comes here he wins 11? Got it.

Rodgers is a flake, but I don't think he will string them along like that. He would need the reps at camp to get his timing down with the receivers.
