new steeler fan

    we welcomed a new steeler fan on 6/2/25. elise elaine. my first grandchild. 3lbs.-12oz one month premature but beautiful. whole head of hair. i haven't even got to hold her yet. probably spending at least a couple of weeks in morgantown. she will be raised right. as a steeler fan. :icon e biggrin::smiley1::cool:

    Congratulations to you and your family! She will be home in time for training camp! As a new grandparent, understand that one of your jobs is to spoil that baby and make your kid's life hell in retaliation for 18ish years of pain that your kid caused you! If your kid is not hearing........but grandpa would get it for us! You are not doing it right.....lol

    Congratulations on your granddaughter!

    If you think daughters get their Dad wrapped around their finger, wait until you see how granddaughters really pull you in. I used to laugh at the memory of my daughter making my Dad sit and play tea set with her. And then I got granddaughters of my own. You just can't say no.

    Congrats mac granddaddyo! Grandchildren - the gifts that keep on giving. 4 grand daughters here - 1 bloodline, 3 inherited with my lady. All Steeler fans of course. Just bequeathed my 86 jersey to the oldest (16) this past season). Wishing the new baby and the whole family the best in health and a grand future. :thumbs up:

    Congrats to you Mac. My grandson was born May 17 and the other side of the family are Vikings fans. I think I will have to show SuperBowl IX over and over and over again. My granddaughter is 2 1/2 and she is already liking my 60’s music. LOL.

    Thanks everybody. I held her today. OMG I melted already. It's on grandpappy on. Can't wait for September when the youngest son gives me number two of the summer. :dancing::cool:
