The Jets starting a backup isn’t news

 

I did not even look when Brice wrote that post, as I listen to FSR all week in my van as i drive delivery, Fields was indeed mentioned on multiple shows (including DP), for the most part the entire thing was a passing jab at the NFL having knowledge of Aaron signing. They downplayed it because while interesting, it really is not that big of a deal. The Jets are on our schedule, the Pirates are playing a couple of games that month, we are going to Ireland, more inviting national interest games later, they fit us in because it is where they could make it fit, simple as that.


I.E the bucs games are at home and as the parking lot is shared we had to play away and the Jets is where they chose to put us. No conspiracy, nothing more than a game that was scheduled.

 

Well this will give the whiners something else to whine about

 

I saw this when the schedule was released. The Steelers better stack wins early on or they will be in deep trouble.

 

11 wins, and then next season someone will still talk about the standard being 8-8. LoL

 

Sounds like excuses to me. Bunch of defeatist talk.
