will up the odds very slightly. also when teams can do it.

 

I hate the new format of kicking.

I know this rule is in the right direction. But
- team has to still declare it (so no eliminate of surprise).
- they have to be losing.

I wish they would have gone with
- have to kick it, not in the end zone. And if you did it gets placed at the 35 yard line.

 

how about 1 guy from receiving team gets to rush the kicker from 15 yards away as soon as the whistle blows to put the ball in play and if the kicker puts it through the uprights on the kickoff they get the onside kick from where they kicked it. if it is blocked it is a free ball.

 

On Monday they had flag football championships on TV and the players were actually wearing pacifiers and I’m not exaggerating either. That is where the NFL is heading.

 

The rule proposal that the receiving team gets the ball in the red zone each time and has to do the tush push every time until into the end zone, was approved. Ticket sales dropped 75% the next day.

We're getting away from watchable football more and more.

I plan my 2 1/2 to 3 hour lawn cutting of my yard around baseball on the radio. Usually get the full game in as I am finishing up.

 

I would support going back to the old kickoff rules 100,000%. New kick off rules make me feel like taking a short nap.

 

I loved it as a youngster. IMO Pirates had great announcers back in the day.

 

Yeah - either do it the old way or get rid of it. This halfway house tinkering is kind of annoying

Go back to the old way. The new way is throwing in the towel on how football is meant to be played. Announcing an onside kick is just flat out dumb.
