Question about uniforms

I remember a uniform that the Steelers wore at least one time. The shirt was white but had what looked like a gold scarf or something around the top. Does anyone remember this?

 

I like the yellow helmets, black jersey and white pants Steelers wore when they an elite team from '05-'10. Seems like every time we wore those uniforms, we won.... except when we played the Patriots.

 

I don't remember a white jersey with a gold scarf. I remember when they came out in the all gray color rush unis. Hated that one.

The late 1960's Steelers had white shirts with gold/yellow shoulders. Maybe that's what you mean.

As I recall it was the very first or second time the NFL tried the “throwback” jerseys.

One was White shirt with gold shoulders where the gold part was in a V shape with the point towards the lower arms or something.

The other one had a kinda striped bumble bee pattern with a crest or something on the chest plate.

Then they finally settled on the bee pattern that we all know.

 

I saw it in white but believe that's it

 

The Batman jerseys. 66-67. My favorite are the Hamburglar jerseys.

 

All gray color rush? Do you mean black? We’ve never worn gray.

 

I guess. I thought I remembered a 'steel gray' color rush.
Sometimes everything just blends together into one memory. Must have been another team I'm remembering.

Does anyone remember the Card Pitt uniforms?

 

Bumble Bees>Color Rush. Worst uniforms ever were those glow in the dark Seahawk jerseys. Bring back Block Numbers and leather helmets. Lose the bubble wrap cloth covered padded helmets.

 

I think that was 93 or 94 because I remember Barry Foster wearing it. Black and yellow vertical stripes with the Pittsburgh city crest or a stylized Steelers version of it on the chest. I'm pretty sure it was for the NFL's anniversary that year.
