Metcalf vs pickens drama

Someone seems to have fallen off the edge

 

If I had to choose between the 2, I would take Metcalf as well. The overriding sentiment regarding these 2 WRs is the fact that we will not get to see them "benefit" from playing in the same offense. It would have helped the Steelers tremendously. Seattle felt such conviction regarding DK Metcalf they let him walk, also while losing Tyler Lockett and Geno Smith. It says a lot about what they think they had in him.

 

Hell.... I miss the killer B days of 2014-17. Steelers underachieved and suffered some terrible injuries..... but it's way better than present day.

I hate it and wish there was rules in place to prevent divas from posting dumb as* shiat to stir the pot. Just play ball like and act like you have been there before. There are countless examples of professionals athletes that did not get into all this crap. i.e. Larry Fitzgerald, Hines Ward . Yes media does blow it up by exaggerating social media posts without context but imho that rests on the players themselves for not effectively communicating what could be taken out of context.

I use the literal definitions, actually.

Video, statistical and situational data have been provided that he has every potential to be a selfish, negative game wrecker in this very thread and others. That, at the very least, makes it debatable. I didn't even have to go ask AI if I'm "right".

There are a select group of members here, that if a viewpoint contrary to theirs is expressed the "calvary" will inevitably show up to defend. You're one of those.

So you don't know about the history of Metcalf giving up on a play to slowing down, and letting the ball get knocked out of his hand to causing fumbles?..... this isn't like one time, this is several times.

Or where he puts his coach and says he's still going to do what he does with penalties?

What about causing the non normal penalties that cost fines, cost you the drive, cost you the game, get ejected?



He has shown laziness and not caring. And I provided those articles.

 

I'm fine with Metcalf, just like I was fine with pickens. Your legit waving problems that are worse than what Pickens did.

By the way the link is there at the start where Metcalf said to the media he is not going to change after talking to Pete. As well Pete saying they kept a track record of Metcalf problems and penalties, and admitted Metcalf let the team in those categories....... so it's straight from the horses mouth. Not a media faking an image and making up a story.

You're going to keep moving the goal post on this conversation more and more. you'll wake up when you see it costing us games worse than pickens.

He also causes penalties that kill drives from bone head penalties.

And you do know why he's here right? Because he cried too get traded. So what you think he's going to do with a backup QB throwing to him and he doesn't get his numbers?
