It wasn't a gotcha attempt. It was an attempt to back up my claim about Linderbaum. I demonstrated this by pointing out that I didn't care who talked up Hamilton on draft day in 2022. I consider that no more relevant than if you had talked up Hutchinson, who went second overall. Please note I posted that long before I started posting quotes from the 2022 draft thread. I never claimed that I wrote about Hamilton or Linderbaum on that thread before they were selected. I think all I posted on that draft thread was that I very much did not want Willis. I am fairly certain I did post about Linderbaum before that day on other threads, but I don't have the links to the posts, so I'm not going to argue the point. On the day of the draft, I posted about my interest in Linderbaum. I backed that up. While I was looking for that, I found you posting that you would have been happy with any of the four quarterbacks, including Pickett. I guess you find that embarrassing given all the criticism you have leveled at the pick in hindsight.

It’s not embarrassing. They needed a QB and if Hamilton wasnt going to be the pick than I felt they need to take a swing on a QB regardless of who it was. I feel much the same way this year, especially without a 2nd round pick.

You can ignore the countless arguments we had over Pickett if you like but thats where my true feelings lie about him. Of course you know this, this is just the way you are.

But as I already pointed out, I felt with every QB needy team passing on them that we too should probably pass. They didn’t and the rest is history.

The 2022 Draft is in the books. What's done is done. Kevin left Omar a mess.

Omar's now tasked with cleaning it up. He is doing all he can to the best of his ability. If one wants to critique his 2025 FA Haul, by all means. That said, to assume that all of the pressure is now placed on the 2025 Draft Picks is a bit silly in my opinion.

Now, certain positions?! I agree; namely the IDL. Benton is a hybrid IDL as far as I am concerned, Heyward is likely playing his semi final or final season, Lowry is just depth, Logan Lee is very much untested and the rest are depth. Offensive Tackle is another for Calvin Anderson simply isn't it. Safety might be the most underrated of the three given how comically top heavy the position is this upcoming Draft Class.

Yes, IDL, OL (OG and OT) and S. Oh, and CB and RB. Plus the minor little issue of not having a Quarterback. I've been on team OKAW but this is a disaster right now. Why are they giving up huge assets for a non top 10 WR when they have no clue who will be throwing him the ball and no means to fix that problem?
