It looks like it will be Rodgers, Wilson, Fields, or Rudolph. Did I miss anyone?

Fields will do nothing in NY. That move is laughable.

    For the Jets, laughable

For Fields, laughing to the bank.

    You mean Wilson and Rodgers

Rudolph is not a serious consideration.

    More like Wilson, Rodgers, Rookie

And with the 21st pick in the first round the Steelers select Jaxon Dart, QB from Ole Miss.

Bet he does more than whoever you put in Pittsburgh this year.

There are about five or six quarterbacks that have some level of skill and are available this year. There's about 8 to 10 teams that need a quarterback really badly. Someone like field was always going to get a contract this year that paid him pretty well as a starter. I wouldn't be surprised if the Jets signed him to a two-year deal so that they can look at drafting in a better year. If it works out, great and if not then there's a lot of draft picks to be had in the next couple years. But for this year, it is grab one early or go without.

He's going to have a rough year I think. It's not as friendly a system as Minnesota was, not even close.

Neither Darnold or Fields landed in good spots. Jets are the Jets and Seattle is rebuilding.

Okay? So now they don't need to worry about a backup for the next 2 years.

I'm not saying he wont' start, I'm just saying he's not the future. He's Mike Tomczak

I can't remember the exact timeline, but it was later 90's, Tzak was starter and Slash was the 'other' guy, We went to the playoffs and were playing the Pat's. When asked a simple question, Belichek answered "at least we know who our QB is.".. That is us in a nutshell today. I don't care where you look or who you put it, there needs serious discussion about the O future of this team, from a different mindset than we have now. You can;t buy your way to a good QB, you need to find and develop him.

IDK if we would have ever gotten to a SB with Maddox, damn he was fun though.
