If Smith didn’t like working with Wilson he is going to really hate working with Rodgers.

Not sure how true but if Steelers sign Rodgers, fans get 20% discount at Allstate;)

We’ve to accept that any QB now is a short term option while they draft QBs for the NEXT few years.Omar appears to be playing the long game, giving DK an unSteeler like massive 5 year contract. Providing a weapon there for years to come allows them to look and gamble on QBs both near and long term. Just simply run through QB names in your head and ask if they are 5 year plus long term options? The answer is bleak. So the hunt is on and as I’ve stated before many times the next great Steelers’ QB prolly hasn't graduated yet. Is it high school or college?

Which brings us to now, this year, today. I wouldn’t mind seeing what Aaron Rodgers can do with a GP, DK, and Meuth to throw to. Jaylen and a newly drafted RB to back him up. He’s a strange old dude, but the man can still ball.

Go Steelers, RIP Wolf, gonna miss ya!

Maybe go Rodgers and draft Dart or Howard to sit and learn.

How many remember a couple of years ago, the Steelers played GB and MT and Rodgers were all chummy. Rumors started, I can't remember if the team and GB had any contact when he was traded to the Jets, his salary and contract would have been problematic. Well here we are folks, I don't think anything was planned, just the irony that once again we are seeking left overs from a past prime, hooka loving guy. Look what he did last year, better than Russ, but come on.

Look at the list, bring in 2 guys who have had moderate success, draft a rookie and let it play put. Put the money into holes of need and quit trying to pretend we are one guy away,.

So, if the Steelers cannot land Wilson or Rodgers, it's the Kyle Allen show?

Rodgers has thrown his last four coaches under the bus, huh? I'm warming up to the idea now.

Man, this would be so depressing if they signed a-a-ron. After another predictable late season collapse by Tomlins squad and obvious lack of holding the staff accountable by the joke of an owner, I was really hoping to see something positive at QB in FA. This ain't it. Fukking shidshow continues.

He seemed normal until Danica Patrick dumped him, then he went off the deep end.

Allen isn't under contract, either. I assume Wilson is still an option, though I imagine he isn't happy about them meeting with Rodgers.

Just keep him off the Pat MacAfee show. Don’t need the drama

Florio is "guessing" a 2 year $90 million contract. Not a chance in hell that's happening.

That would be crazy at those numbers, especially after getting DK. We still need to sign Watt (which won’t be cheap because of Garrett).

Admittedly, Rodgers is old and declining, but who else do we bring in as a short term band aid? I’m not sure we are going to draft a rookie in such a shallow QB class and have them start in their first year.

I saw that, with about $40 million guaranteed. This is a guesstimate by Florida.

    Wilson talking to the Titans.

Really disappointed if they bring Rodgers on. Not so much because of his abilities - though they have certainly declined - but the personality. And if it's anything over $20M AAV it's even worse: Rodgers doesn't need a big payday, especially after the return he gave the Jets, and Fields could've been had for that kind of money.

I'm going to have to put the FO on notice after yesterday.

The FA class of QB's is horrible. Who do you think they should bring in?

Ya know, on an EPA basis from Wk10 on last season Rodgers was a better QB than Wilson, and not far from Stafford.
