Sio Moore would be an ILB in our system, and I like him a lot. He's a 4-3 OLB/3-4 ILB type. He played some passing downs in a 3 point stance for UCONN because they lacked a pass rusher opposite Williams, but his forte would be coverage and blitzing from an ILB spot. Trevardo Williams is a 3-4 OLB candidate as a DE conversion, and he's a good player. I'm a UCONN season ticket holder, so I know these guys pretty well. However, until recently I had been relying on just my experience watching games live as a UCONN fan, and hadn't watched any tape of Moore and Williams in isolation. I am still very impressed with Moore, but I have found new found appreciation for Williams. He's a better pass rusher than I had initially rated him. Here are two games that I found on youtube.

Other than the 1st quarter of the Louisville game, Williams was pretty impressive. In fact, I would say he pretty much owned the NC State left tackle. I'm starting to see Williams as a viable 2nd - 3rd round OLB prospect. For those who like measurables, he ran a 4.57 40 at the combine to go along with 30 bench reps, a 38" vertical and a 10'4" broad jump (a 78+ explosion rating, which is elite athleticism). I still think he needs to develop a bit more lower body power, but he's a good prospect.

I want washington bad. i think he will be better that jones. i have watched him alot. this kid is so underrated. i think he will be a steal in the third and absolutely ridiculous in the 4th. gooden has good speed but from what i hear he overruns alot of ballcarriers. that being said i would rate him second cause you cant teach speed

Michael Buchanon should be added to those prospects.. With proper coaching, he could be good..
