This could be a guy to consider in the mid rounds.

Hard to really see much form a highlight reel, but I like the movement and the way he keeps his legs moving when hit. Has some good balance and shift with lateral moves. RB class is pretty deep, but love the position and renewed involvement and interest at the pro level.

NFL Draft Buzz has him rated as their #7 ranked RB coming into the draft. He is a dynamic pass receiver coming out of the backfield, has great hands and is a very good open field runner. He will be valued at the next level as a 3rd down and change of pace back.

PFN has him as a 6th rounder, 21st overall. Not arguing, just pointing out every list is going to be different, especially once you get past the first 2 or 3 rounds.

Good size. I don't care that he's not 230+ like the 'typical' Steelers back. He has really nice burst, but his long speed is just average. Burst is the most important though.

I think what I like most about him is his ability to cut so sharply yet hardly lose any speed. That makes him seem even quicker, and much harder to tackle.

If Devin Neal isnt brought in for a Pre Draft Visit, that is a massive whiff by the Steelers Scouting Department. Neal was born to play in the Wide Zone. Dude is flat out electric and shifty.

Not too bad of a Receiving option either.
