Many performers make the Anthem about them

Military makes it about the nation

Navy version is 1 minute 19 seconds

Average Super Bowl version is 1 minute 50 seconds

Alicia Keys dragged it in to 2 minutes 36 seconds

    Easy answer...

The Chiefs have the best coaching staff in the NFL.

It’s depressing. Allen is an amazing QB and can’t get past them. What are the odds the Steelers find a QB better than Allen.

Mahomes is just too good. It’s Brady/Pats all over again.

Yeah, you have 2 Steelers draft pick QBs going head to head in the Superbowl.

    Chris Oladokun vs Kenny Pickett.

Does anyone really care if Pickett gets a SB ring riding the pine?

KC is going to win anyway, Mahomes just too good.

How is this not an INT by the Bills? He has 2 hands on the ball going to the ground. If he doesn't have a possesion then it is an incomplete pass when the ball hits the ground.

After the player and the ball hit the ground the Chiefs player then takes the ball away. But, the play is over, you can't strip the ball from a player who is already down by contact.

For all the complaints about the refs (and I get it), but let's not forget the Bills had the ball with a chance to get a TD to win the game and couldn't do it.

Plus, the Bills allowed KC to move up in the draft and pick Mahomes in 2017 and Worthy in 2024. Bills traded down and took Keon Coleman, who had 1 catch for 12 yards today. Worthy had 6 catches for 85 yards, 2 carries for 16 yards and a TD. Think in a 3 point game, that made a difference?

Plus, both teams had 4 TDs and 1 FG but the Bills started chasing points in the 2nd quarter and ended up -3 in that exchange.

Not to mention, Cook averaged 6.5 ypc and got only 13 carries (see D. Henry last week).

Bills simply need to look in the mirror. They were as dumb as the team they beat last week and paid the same way.

Since Mahomes took over, the Chiefs are winning 78% of their games (including playoffs).

Mahomes is 17-3 in the post season since 2018, with three SB wins.(this will be their 5th appearance in 7 years)

We are 0-4 in the post season since then, and we publicly s**t our pants in all 4 games.

    Just fun, uplifting facts. :lolol:

We’re so far away from an SB.

Not just players but don’t forget an amazing coaching staff with Spags who out schemed the Pats.

KC will be the first team to win 3 in a row.

The malaise that's blanketing the city right now is something I haven't felt in awhile.

The Steelers are completely buried in a drought of hope, the Pens are in need of a complete rebuild and haven't won a playoff series in 7 years, and the Bucco's are perhaps the worst franchise in professional sports. Even Pitt football fell apart, and the basketball team is a joke.

It's a confluence of misery right now.

    Except much worse.

Andy Reid may likely challenge the likes of Vince Lombardi and/or Bill Belichick by 2026. Even if Reid does retire prematurely for whatever reason, Patrick Mahomes will have already be at a level not seen in quite some time. Whomever the next HC is will be all but guaranteed a Super Bowl in their second season at worst with Mahomes.

As for Pittsburgh finding a better QB than Josh Allen?! Nico Iamaleava from Tennessee will be the most likely player to do so. He has shown far more potential and talent than Josh Allen ever did at Wyoming. The question becomes who will draft him given the fact that, barring extreme circumstances, Nico will be Top 5 at worst; the second pick in 2026 at best. Drew Allar?!?! You know how I feel about him if you have been following me since the beginning of the 2024 College Football Season. That said, I'd imagine he will require a trade up should he have the season I believe he will. Malachi Nelson?!?! I mean... Big Ben played at the University of Miami (Ohio) so it wouldn't be the worst choice but Nelson has severely tanked since being considered a "Generational Prodigy" at USC. Garrett Nussmeier would actually be my second choice but given how well he ended 2024 with LSU, expect to hear his name, a lot, in the top 10, come next draft season.

Given how Pittsburgh doesn't draft that high anyhow, he is, more or less, these are the names (minus Malachi Nelson) who can challenge the likes of Allen. Technically Arch Manning theoretically could but there is no way in hell Pittsburgh will do that poorly to nab him number one overall. Too much pride on the team to let that happen.

Absurd call, but not at all game changing. It would have been a Chiefs 1st down anyway after they enforce the holding call. A difference of 10 to 15 yards at most

4 of last 5 SB's have had the Chiefs in them. I guess we owe a thanks to an AFCN team.

Teams should never ever go for 2 unless they are down by 8 late in the game. The chances of making a 2 point conversion is only around 35%. Harbaugh has been burnt many times by going for 2 including the loss last week to the Bills. Tomlin used to go for 2 a lot but finally learned that the failure rate is much higher than the success rate.
When you look back that was an incredible accomplishment by the Bengals to go into Arrowhead and beat Mahomes.

@S.T.D@S.T.D warned us about this. Especially when we were happy bengals lost to them.

I’m super jealous and they don’t deserve it because they aren’t the Steelers lol

2 things about the conversations in this thread.

    1. The Chiefs really are that good on both sides of the ball.

    2. If the Eagles win the SB, it will be because of Barkley's legs. Not because of Hurts' or Pickett's arm.

Just imagine Eagles fans if they lose the SB to Andy Reid again. Once was salt in the wound. Twice would be a little lemon juice to go with it.

I don’t care what anyone says, the refs 100% are making game changing calls that go in favor of the Chiefs. It’s blatant cheating.

A stat on sports radio, Mahomes has lead 14 play off 4th quarter drives when his team was behind, 7 for TD's, 6 for tieing FG's. 1 drive ended being a punt. That is poise, leadership, and generational talent. The man is amazing.
