My thoughts on our roster...... WR's

I read somewhere on this forum that we could possibly get a 2nd for Pickens. While I'm not 100%sold on the NEED to trade Pickens, I do see the value in that. This draft is considered strong for WRs. If we could pick up an additional 2nd, it is worth thinking about.

 

I like Bru McCoy in 2-3 round of draft. The guy is tough and reminds me of a cross between Hines Ward and Mike Evans.

True, but Pickens has had three years to grow some maturity and it doesn't appear to be taking.

 

Well there is that but I’m not sure I’m convinced to trade talent for a crap shoot

 

Exactly, that's why I would still like to see if we could trade for Garrett Wilson with Pickens as part of the trade.

 

I get that. Just that right now I'm not sure I'm convinced they find a way to keep Pickens' immaturity from submarining the talent he brings to the table.
