    First of all, calm down. People are allowed to have a different opinion than you.

    Secondly, why? Ben Johnson just got a HC job with the Bears. Campbell already has a bigger coaching tree than Tomlin. And when Campbell is there for 18 years then we’ll talk comparisons.

    Hell yea!!!!!! They are melting down worse than we are! lol. It all comes down to the QB you have. Lamar
    who gives a **** about a “coaching tree?” Thats nothing but stupid pundit talk. I heard that sh!t for years about Belichek (Weiss, the dip**** that went to Denver, the loser at the Giants?). How many players have given Dan Campbell credit at their HOF speech for helping their career go forward? Tomlin has had several. Campbell lost two years in a row with arguably the best roster in football, this year with home field and a bi week. You can Tomlin bash all you want, but he got it done in ‘08, Campbell can’t get there. Detroit is going to start leaking players all over the league, it happens to everybody, when you have your team, you have to win.

    Because in regards to my OP and the article attached it’s significant. Tomlin doesn’t have a coaching tree because he micromanages, his coaches are little more than figure heads.

    2008 team had one of the best defenses ever and also had Ben which is a significant upgrade to Goff. If Detroit played this Steelers team they’d destroy them.

    Your whole premise is a false equivalency anyway. Tomlin has been here for 18 years, let’s try something different instead of the literal definition of insanity.

    I don’t get it either the guy clearly does not know the game. He has to be amongst the worst to ever do it. What coach has only two Super Bowl rings in three appearances, 18 winning seasons? The numbers are terrible. Mike Vrabel has far better numbers as does many others. I can’t believe they pay him.

    Tomlin isn't going anywhere or it would've already happened. All we can hope for is additions to the current coaching staff and hope they can help Austin and Smith evolve their schemes. Nothing we say on here will change anything. I think we all vented on this disasterpiece of a coaching staff. It absolutely sucks that they'll be making minimal changes. But we can't let this affect our daily lives.
