Many are lamenting 10 years of playoff losses, saying their HC needs to go, praying that someone will hire away their DC and OC, saying Roquan Smith "doesn't show up in big games," and planning to run Andrews out of town.

Some said "at least we eliminated the Steelers"

These are shockingly familiar to our situation.....playoff futility, HC needs to go, DC and OC should go, Smith (our Watt) disappears, and Pickens is an unreliable/unstable primary target. Instead of "at least we eliminated the Steelers," many counter that "at least we had a non-losing season."

Some say Harbaugh treats the team like a "Bible camp" (not sure about that) while many here say Tomlin is just a "player's coach"---both implying that they don't really lead the team and come up withgood plans.

I love to see them suffer as much as we have been, though. Am I a bad person?

Rats fans are correct about Harbaugh but he's still better than our boy Mikey T. Harbaugh's 13-10 postseason record is better than Tomlin's 8-11. Plus, he has won 3 playoff games since tomlins last playoff win 8 years ago.

Yeah I was over there at purple flock and they want everybody fired. Calling Jackson and Andrew’s choke artist and such. Trust me, I enjoyed it as much as you.

    This.

Baltimore has far more of chance to get to the Super Bowl now than the Steelers do currently. Coaching isn't the only aspect either. Front Office plays a major part in this as well.

Baltimore has easily a Top 3 FO; arguably the best. From their Scouting Department to their Analytics Division, there are few teams who are as well run like Baltimore is. For Reference, Pittsburgh only got into Analytics just recently via Omar Khan. Granted, the whole aspect of Moneyball in the NFL began back in 2012 but Baltimore was one of the early adopters of analytics.

If anything, Baltimore's FO seems to be one of the only teams that have a Research and Development operation, a Chief of Staff to the General Manager, a Coaching Research Engineer and even a Front Office position known as a Sr. Director of Football Operation. Unusual titles I know but some of these I'd imagine will be copied league wide; particularly the Senior Director of Football Operation; something that piques my interest. According to some of the day to day duties, it involves supporting the coaching staff in all of its daily operations, managing the updates for the players' iPad playbooks, making sure they have the latest information, including daily schedules and gameplans from the coaches. That, by itself, doesn't sound like much but in practice, it does explain how the Ravens are such a well run machine.

Long story short?! Lamar Jackson has his warts without question but his overall success since 2018 cannot be faulted; doubly so for John Harbaugh. Mike Tomlin has shown he is able to raise the floor of his teams (2019 being his best Coaching Season to date) but isn't capable of getting his team over the hump. This also doesn't account for some very controversial Coaching Decisions, whiffed draft selections, mismanagement of Player Development and antiquated schematics.

    They're going nuts. lol

Andrews is taking most of the heat. They want him gone yesterday.

Though, there's the Lamar hate as well, and his terrible first half. I loved this one, "You can blame Harbaugh all you want but every post-season same thing from Lamar. Interceptions and fumbles. Maybe its time to move on."

They want to move on from the league MVP.

The Ravens aren't a joke come playoff time. Teams actually fear them.

If Lamar had a bit more football intelligence the Ravens would be truly dangerous.

Andrews should be on SUICIDE watch.

big games hinge on 2-4 plays in the 4th Q - he FAILED twice. NOT Lamar, Andrews.

Lamar has two or more turnovers in 5 out of 9 playoff appearances. Must be some form of fear, choke or whatever you want to call it. Harbough has won 8 playoff road games which is the most of any NFL coach. That is hard to figure since his bone headed decisions cost the game as much as Andrew's drops. He chased points too early in the game going for and not getting a two-point conversion. He gave the Bills a touchdown just before half time by using two timeouts with 1:33 remaining in the half. Without those two timeouts, the Bills would have tried (and probably missed a 50-yard field goal). Henry dropped a pass too. This team made at least 8 game losing mistakes while the Bills made few, if any. The Ravens were uptight and choked. Who is to blame? Hard to say, but evidently an individual or individuals in the locker room were too uptight to succeed.

I'd still take Harbaugh as HC over Tomlin. Harbaugh and Ravens coaching staff have done a helluva job developing LJ. Never thought LJ would be this successful.

Jackie Smith had a 16 year career spending the first 15 with St Louis but he will only be remembered for one play with Dallas

That was also his last game in the NFL

Having started 12 games for Dallas he did not have a single reception

Bad calls went both ways that game. A Bills first down was called back on a phantom holding penalty where the guy basically tripped coming out of his stance. didn't get a first down, had to punt, so that may have taken a td away from Buffalo.
It's not like the other AFC game, where bad calls only went one way. Like they have every year for the last 3 or so.

That pi absolutely should've been called on the receiver..... something definitely needs to be done in this matter... I'd go as far as giving teams 2 extra red flags strictly for penalty review

I'd accept a single penalty review per team per game. However, since they've expanded the home office role in helping with reviews, this might be something that should be added in general to all games. Although, I wouldn't be in favor of the home office adding penalties to plays that weren't called on the field.

If I were one of the Ravens fans, I would definitely be disappointed, but also highly optimistic..... 4 turnovers and in the end, they were still a dropped 2 pt conversion from sending the game to overtime.....
In wk 1 they were a toenail away from beating the chiefs.... they have to be considered a favorite next season, and while that's cold comfort right now, I wonder what exactly any of us would give to go into the offseason with that type of optimism for our team

I can see why they're down on Andrews but jeez, the guy has made more plays for them than any receiver over the last few seasons.

    Fans are fickle.

I think their LTs are all free agents this year, and their RTs the year after. But yes, they should be optimistic.
