Well, so much for the sentimental pick #1.

    I guess... go Buffalo?

Too bad really. Would have been a good story line to have Stafford return to Detroit for the NFCCG.

Well unless Rams come through today I better mentally prepare for the Eagle SB. Nightmare time.

Calling it now Daniels will fail in the NFCCG. Rookies don't do good in this game.

I'm scare sh!tless today. No way in hell Daniels has a good game in Philly. Rams is my only hope to stop them from SB.

I was being sarcastic, because you knew Roethlisberger did it in an AFCCG, Stewart did it in and AFCCG, O'Donnell had 2 big ones in a Super Bowl, and I know Bradshaw had 3 in a least one of his Super Bowl wins.

Only ever met 1 Lion fan and it was at a sports bar in Mexico. Steelers were on same time as his Lions and we watched both games together. This was when Ben was prime time. He kept telling me how lucky I am to have a SB contender team. Told me it's all he wanted before the end. Kind of feel bad for the guy right now. At least his chance is better then me seeing a Pirate WS.

No doubt, no chance we will ever see a Pirate WS appearance with the current owner. Zero, zippo, not one iota's chance of it happening.

No way! The freedom and flexibility he has been given, no chance of that happening here. We had one once, Kordell and they tried to change him like every QB like that before him (Cunningam another example).

Were Bubby's rings an FU to Cowher? He had as much to do with those SBs as Pickett has. Eagles ain't there yet!

Of course not, its just the irony of leaving and one year later could be, but right now not looking so good.

Meh! IMO, a guy that sits on the bench the vast majority of the season while the rest of the team wins a SB isn't much of a FU but, It's Pickett. With that talent(?) I guess you have to take what you can get.

Hurts cannot take a sack on 2nd down, ball has to come out. Then 3rd down run is not playing to win. 2nd down should have been a run or quick swing pass to make 3rd down manageabe. Plus add two missed XP's and you can lose the game.

Dotson blows it, first a penalty and then blows the block, ha!
