Trade TJ Watt, George Pickens, and our 2025 #1 pick for LA Chargers Justin Herbert.
I really like Justin Herbert's arm. Very strong runner too.
Justin Herbert is a franchise QB and is relatively still young.
Giving up too much and not enough in return??
I think it's time for Nick Herbig to step in.

    4 interception Justin Herbert?

    Pass.

No. Don't! They'll just pick it off.

For 6 years he has been praised as the next great QB and he still has never won a playoff game.

That ain’t happening. He has a $260,000 contract.

Plus give up Watt, Pickens and a 1st? Noway Jose.

Maybe the bad mojo cancels out Tomlin's? 2 negatives make a positive?

I'm not sure I'm willing to make that bet.

    The Chargers aren't trading Herbert.

I was thinking a 3-way trade, if Darnold played lights out and the Vikings have to sign him long-term. Trade Steelers #1 to Vikings, Vikings trade McCarthy to Chargers, Chargers trade Herbert to the Steelers. But after Herbert's performance, I would trade Steelers #1 for McCarthy, but it would still probably take more than just a #1 pick, since McCarthy was #9 overall. McCarthy may be damaged goods since he had to have a second surgery on his knee. Tomlin is probably too good of coach to suck for a year to get a 2026 high pick QB. Sorry for making you all throw up in your mouths.

They are not getting Justin Herbert....
This is the guy that threw 504 times for 3,870 yards a 23 TD's and just 3 picks all season?
The same guy that played on a "Brandon Staley" Coached mess?
The same guy that played QB on a team that went 5-12 to 11-6 in one season?
The 6'6" 236 lbs QB that can launch a pass in the air the length of the field?

Hate to tell you this, I'd take him in a New York minute without batting an eye.

The Chargers have been a very stupid organization, but they are not insane,

Since it's fantasy I'd want Baker Mayfield over anything we have at the moment. I really want a LUCKY draft pick for a franchise QB.

I fear Russell Wilson will be under center for another lackluster season. I do agree with most posters that Fields is not so great a passer but for next season I'd rather see him then Wilson.

Justin Herbert, Trevor Lawrence and CJ Stroud are highly overrated, IMO. At least Stroud wins playoff games.

I like your thinking minus Watt, throw in Fruiermuth and our second round pick.in
2025. Plus can MT for Ben Johnson or someone else that understands offensive football.

I like Herbert but wouldn’t want him at that cost.

6 years and hasn’t won a playoff game. Him and Tomlin are a match made in heaven.

Chargers have Joey Bosa, Khalil Mack, Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnson. Having Watt and Pickens would be nice, but not at the cost of their franchise QB.
