In Defense of Baltimore, they probably wanted it to be over as soon as the First Half ended. For that matter, their second half plan dictated as much. Well... that... and the Steelers' inability to stop the run.

This league is built around have an elite or close to elite QB. The Steelers had none between Bradshaw and Ben.

until they can get a top 10 draft pick, they will never have one.

How long do we wait to start the "what if's" or conversely how long before ppl start blaming Kahn and Rooney for not going harder at Aiyuk to fill that 2nd receiver role that would have changed the dynamic.

 

i can see myself saying that exact thing next year...What has happened to the franchise?

 

Also gotta have a modern coaching staff that isn't literally 15 years behind the curve.
