    I am judging Fields on the fact he doesn't command the offense well and isn't a great passer in the NFL. The ball never effectively traveled downfield when he was the QB.

    Justin Fields is not a diamond in the rough. He is a lump of coal, and that isn't changing.

    The truth is neither Wilson nor Fields are long-term options for the Steelers. They aren't worth 15-20 mil, and that means the Steelers need to draft, use free agency, and get a new QB next season.
