10-7 here we come. The only chance of a playoff win is if we get an injured cupcake in the first round.

I think we go 11-6 and get the #5 seed at Houston, not a bad spot at all.

I agree. Beat Houston..... then go to Kc and beat the Taylor Swifts.......and then hope for a blizzard and throw the ball deep to Pickens every down and go for 2 after our last score and beat Buffalo 57-56.

Lions possibly lost a starting RB this weekend in addition to a few other injuries.

Packers are starting to get it together.

I don't think they'll win the division. Possibly a one and done.

For the fans that cannot see how much better this years team is than last years team.... last years team wouldn't score a single point and maybe not even a single first down vs this years team. Also, this years offense would put up 50 on last years team.

So, 50-0! That's how much better this team is over last years team.

They aren’t particularly interesting either. Although it can be comical like when one of them claims themselves to be a “visionary”.

So what you're saying is bench the team for the rest of the month to be fully healed.

I'm thinking 11-6 too but hoping for a 4 seed for a home game.

It's certainly possible, but unlikely I think. Once we get Pickens healthy we should be just fine. Cincinnati at home should be a game we win easily and a short-week game at home vs. the Chiefs is a better than 50/50 game IMO. Certainly it will depend on Pickens' health, but we should win both of those games IMO.

Baltimore is going to be tough. If we don't have Pickens, then yeah... we probably lose. But its a rivalry game, and we've won games more outmatched than we'd be Saturday.

It just looks like injuries have hit just at the wrong time, this stretch was always going to be brutal and here we are - 14, Watt and Elliott all banged up. There's only 5 words than hamstring on an injury report and they are.

High ankle sprain, and turf toe.

This is what our best and only legit WR weapon is dealing with now, 2 games missed and what's looks to be the divisional decider on tap.

I guess the 11-6 guys are banking on beating Cinci? The sad thing is if we do t pick it up we could lose 4 out of the next 5 or possibly the last 5 and that would be a bitter pill to swallow! How awesome would it be to win 4out of the next 5 and actually make some noise in the playoffs! What scares me is I am 56 yrs old and scared ****less that I may not ever see my Steelers in another SB unless they make some huge changes quick and make some great picks in the draft and free agency! I feel like Tomlin is just padding that retirement right now! He happy with his one SB!

I’m not all optimism and sunshine daydreams but I wish pessimistic fans would stay away. I don’t even think Browns fans rip on their team as much as some Steelers fans. We made the playoffs. Anything can happen. The story is still being written for this season. I remember going into that Chicago game back in 2005 when everybody said we stunk and won’t even make the playoffs. Most of those same people were waving their terrible towels at the Super Bowl parade while I was stuck at work. This year if they were to do the same my bosses will not see me that day.:herewego!:

If that was the case they wouldn't have signed Russell Wilson and just stuck with Pickett.

If Pickens comes back, I think we beat the Chiefs. I think the only way we don't beat Cinci, at home, with their season over, is if we beat Baltimore and are resting starters.

Right there with you brother… age is possibly preventing me from possibly seeing another SB with the Steelers in it
