Question on rule

    If a college team fakes an extra point or field goal the holder's knee cannot be on the ground when he controls the ball correct?

    In highschool the holder's knee cannot be touching on a fake FG. In college it is an exception and the holder's knee can still be on the ground.

    This is how I know it, but everytime I turn around rules have been changed.
