Misunderstood lyrics

LoL. Sounds like someone was wanting the lyrics to say this. LoL

 

Im gonna break...........Im gonna break my............Im gonna break my Rusty Cajun Rum

 

So now that it's Christmas music season, there are a couple I always got wrong.

As a kid, we had a record that had O Christmas Tree / O Tanenbaum and it sang the English verse followed by the German verse.

When I was little I always heard "Oh cannon bomb" instead of O Tanenbaum.


And the TSO song "Old City Bar" has a line that says "And the snow it was falling, the neon was calling." It wasn't until this year that I realized they weren't singing "Leon was calling."

 

Here is one that I used to cover along time ago, and now I found out yesterday I was singing the lyrics wrong. LoL
I alway thought they said.
Patches on His Eyes....Eyes without a face, and they are actually saying.....Les Yeux Sans Visage ( French).....Eyes without a face....LoL
Everyone that heard us copy it that knew , probably thought I was an idiot. LoL
