The eagles are 31st in passing yards this year!

A huge reason is because they are last in passing attempts but yeah they need to be much better

 

The Steelers OL is going to have their hands full trying to block Jalen Carter.

 

X Factor will no doubt be Zach Frazier. He has been nothing short of stellar all season. Now comes his most difficult test to date.


Jordan Davis, Milton Williams and Jalen Carter. Those three are about as good as any trio of IDL in the NFL currently. Biggest (no pun intended) challenge will be Davis as he is now a NT.


If there is silver lining to all of this?! Philly does employ a 3-4 Defense; one by Vic Fangio no less. Granted, that does make it harder to know where the blitz is coming; who specifically to ID as well. However, given how Zach not only practices against the 3-4 but has seen it already does give me some comfort in that area.


Regardless, will be his biggest test yet.

Yes to Philadelphia but I was in a private box so that’s a different animal

I left the box to go to the men’s room the same time the governor was doing the same leaving the next box

The governor was wearing an Eagles jersey which I promptly told him was ugly

Then seeing the look on his body guards face I skedaddled

 

Now DeShon Elliiot might be out. To me he has been our best secondary player this season and was a valuable signing.

Would be a feather in the cap if they beat them. I am more interested in them beating the purple crows and solidifying the division.

Russell Wilson is 6-0 against the eagles.

 

this was a tough one if 100% healthy. the boys will fight hard, but I don't know how you dial it back and save some - keep some / plenty IN THE TANK for Baltimore - that game is the one for the Division. We most likely have no shot at the BYE, so play for #3 seed, it appears.

 

I’ve been to Cincinnati Steelers games probably 10 times or more. I could go from story to story of mostly great times but a few dumb ones as well. I just find their stadium dull compared all of the others I’ve been to. If you want to go to a nice stadium with about the same drive time then Indianapolis is where it’s at.

 

I sat in the club section at Cincinnati and I was surprised at how old and dirty it was

 

Mike Brown is a cheap skate and won’t spend any money on anything except for a few star players to put butts in the seats. So cheap he won’t even hire a GM.

 

I hope so, but I can't see it. The priorities need to be beating the Rats and beating the Bungles, first game for obvious reasons, and the Bungles because out of the remianing four games they're the weakest opponent. 2-2 will be enough to win the division if one of those wins in the Rats again.

 

Hurts has been prone to some turnovers this season. Our main hope here is to win the turnover battle, keep them out of the end zone the best we can, and capitalize when we get in the red zone...

This isn't an impossible win IMO. We play up (and down) to the competition, so I am sure we will be more competitive than some think on here. We might lose, but I expect it to be relatively close, if not a bit of an ugly one.

 

I'll put it this way I'd make the Eagles 6pt favs, Wilson dropped over 100 yards last week on his season avg without 14. Maybe AJ Brown whining whill have a negative effect on their locker room from which we can benefit though.
