LoL. So he had a grade 2 Friday, and they didn't know till Sunday at 11Am, on a NFL team, and didn't tell the other Wrs they would start till right before the game. LoL. That wouldn't happen in HS.

LoL. What fine.........not a player out there that has played all season has no injuries. Not a one. You could take any player right now , and sit them with injury, and unless they never received any treatment for it, or never once mentioned it to any of the staff.... it could be used to downgrade them, and take them out. That would not be left up to the player, but the staff.

Are you suggesting that the local and national media all knew he was being benched rather than having to sit out due to the injury and they all just deferred to the Steelers by perpetuating the lie? Seriously?

 

The only person reporting a Grade 2 hamstring injury is Dulac, who has no credibility left. I don't doubt that he had some sort of injury, but I will continue to doubt that specific detail until I see it reported by someone other than Dulac.

I've been to Cozumel but, didn't have any dive gear. My son is now living in Tulum and managing some rental condos.........if anyone's going down there.

 

Why would we tip off the Browns that GP was going to be out 1 single minute before we had to? Let them keep preparing to focus their defense against stopping a guy that's not even playing. They know Friday Pickens wasn't going to be able to go on Sunday, if reports are true. And they held onto that nugget of info until right before game time. It's what you do.

 

That is a team lying to the media and the media later reporting the truth once they had sources to report it.

I never said the Steelers couldn't be lying about Pickens' situation. They have done it before. The part of your claim that was ridiculous was this notion that the media would simply defer to the Steelers and lie for them. Sorry, but no.

Pickens was on the injury report late in the week.

I am sure most of you know this, but this sort of thing happens almost every week in the NFL......

There was a post asking if Pickens was hurt on Friday why wait until just before the game to tell the other guys they were starting. My post was more in response to those posts.

 

For some reason it did not post my photo. It was like visiting an alien planet and having the ability to fly. I am in the center.

 

Will the ship be docked long enough in each port?? Was on one years ago and a couple stayed to long and missed the ship. That was Cozumel and TBH I don't think they gave a crap. Two very free spirited people.

 

IMO Pickens is maturing this season. I think Tomlin and Pickens have an understanding. I do believe he is injured and I feel he'll come back to help this team big time.

Little pissed I won't see him in action but such is the NFL life.

Unlikely he does much this week except treatment since Tomlin is saying out or doubtful at this point
