TJ Watt For Anyone Interested

I did a deeper dive into our last game against the Bengals, and here is what is.....
TJ Watt was doubled, or tripled 17 times(12 in the 1st half), they moved Him around into different spots 7 times(twice He was doubled when He moved into a different spot), and He was dropped into coverage 3 times.
Thought this would be interesting for anyone that cared. His strip came in a Double team.

 

It will help tremendously getting Highsmith back.

 

Cleveland neutralized TJ last game to the effect of being a non factor. Hopefully he has a better game. They also need to be better against Myles Garrett who was a wrecking ball the entire game.

 

If the other teams are doing this to Watt ---what the f--k are our other defenders doing..GEEZ

But didn’t he do most of his major damage in only the first half? That is where he had his 3 sacks. Steelers must have slid an extra protective scheme at him for the 2nd half. I’m sure he was still effective with tackles and pressures or just disrupting our plans though. But he was less of a maniac.

TJ needs to have a day of his own and level things out.

I am excited to see this 3 OLB package that they have been scheming. Imagine Herbig, Watt and Highsmith all out there at the same time.

 

And then neutralized by the Broncos. Myles disappeared in that game with 0 ints, 0 sacks and 3 tackles with 1 assist.

 

If I remember correctly, he was injured during that game. He did spend some time in the blue tent, though he returned and played through it.

The specifically gameplaned to get Garrett free with some of their pre snap sets. Once the Steelers adjusted he wasn't as much of a factor. So on a short week they put some time into scheming him up and it worked for 1 half.

Yes, but that doesn't count as a double-team or a pass rush win rate stat. It's got to be a double and a chip!

Ok so for anyone that cares......in this last game against Cleveland.......TJ Watt was doubled, or tripled 14 times...... I believe that is 3 times less than in the previous Cincinnati Game. He only moved to the other side once this time, and they doubled Him automatically there.

 

My eyes! My eyes! They are burning!

 

Besides being double team let's not forget how many times he is held with no calls.
