Pictures don't do it justice but here's one hot out of the waffle iron with a bowl of gravy for dipping and a side of cranberry sauce.

As Yogi might say - food is 90% taste and aroma and the other half is looks. I'm sure yours tasted amazing with mayo and cheese involved. I have a Tex-Mex John Wayne Casserole that involves ground meat, corn, peppers, tomatoes, mayo, cheese, sour cream and Bisquick or canned biscuits and a few other seasonings. It's outstanding and serves many. Maybe for New Years.

The neighbor got a big buck, and shared some of it with us- the tenderloin, a big steak, and some scraps made into a meat pie. So, I've been eating Bambi all week. More of the same today.

A nice fat Italian Hoagie (or sub depending where you live) from Little King. Their sandwiches are the bomb! Best around my area.

Late to the party, but…hand-smashed burgers, mixed vegetables, and an amazing pumpkin ice cream.
