No complaints. I predicted the Steelers to lose this game.

I don’t like this Fields package…it worked tonight, somewhat… but it WILL bite us in the arse eventually

Brett Kollmann said it best on his 2024 Steelers Preview:

"Steeler fans, don't you dare argue with me. The Steelers always find a way to beat opponents they are not supposed to yet lose to opponents they are supposed to beat."

For that matter, @HeinzMustard@HeinzMustard has stated it since 2014; the first major flashpoint. This is just another loss in a long line of terrible losses.

Shrugs. It got them the matchup they wanted. The defender got away with grabbing at Pickens' hands with the ball coming. I doubt Pickens gets one-on-one with Wilson in there.

Talk about the offense all you like, but the defense had to stop a fourth-and-four to clinch the game and failed miserably.

Not new. This has been going on and talked about for many years now. This year is no different!

This is a team loss -

    - Oline played poorly!
    - No one thought to scheme for Garrett?
    - Poor clock management at the very end, should have let them run it in on the play before and then would have had 1:30 left.
    - Can we throw on first down instead of just running Najee into the line?

Plenty more could be said, but that’s off the top of my head. Frustrating loss.

This was a horribly-coached game by Tomlin. Asking Boswell to try from 58 in that weather was stupid. Going for the fourth down in their own territory was stupid. Taking the illegal touching was stupid. Wasting the time-out after taking that was inexcusably stupid.

Someone is taking their victory lap I see.

To the victors go the spoils of war I suppose.

Did they go head to head?

NOW Myles wants to crow about sacks and turnovers. Didn't matter last year, though. Did it?

I felt bit right away when he threw that deep ball.

Did he close his eyes on the throw?!?!?!?

No. Garrett impacted the game more on D than Watt.

True. But it's still apples to oranges. They weren't playing against the same offenses. I'm just being pedantic over the "outplayed." They weren't going against each other directly.

Well, if we win in Cinci and then beat the Browns in Pittsburgh to get to 10-3, all will be well with the football world again.
