After the Jets traded for Davante Adams their owner said they were going to start kicking ass, they have won one game since the trade and are 3-8 .

The Jets have the same problem that the Cowboys, Panthers, Browns, and Raiders have- until you can fire the owners, nothing is going to change.

Especially if they try to run it back next year with Rodgers.

Cowboys fans are so over Jerry Jones running the team, instead of signing Derrick Henry they brought back a washed-up Zeke Elliott .

If they move on $14M dead cap next year and $35M 2026 (post June 1) or $49M dead cap next year.

The ego of Jones is way too big....The cowboys did not make a single conference title game in the last 29 years....Without Jimmy Johnson building the 1990s dynasty with the help of the vikings, the resume of Jerry Jones as owner would be trash like crazy!

Agreed,,but He is great at keeping them talked about, and making money, but as a straight up football owner ....not so hot. Talk about a clown show going on there.

Joe Douglas did have some gaffes, Zach Wilson being his biggest, but he had some stellar hits as well. Sauce is a given but Jermaine Johnson, Will McDonald IV, Breece Hall, Garrett Wilson, Alija Vera Tucker, Joe Tippmann and Quinnen Williams were are either great hits or grand slams. Scouting talent was never his problem.

A meddling Owner?! That is a different set of circumstances. Hell, I dont think even Brett Veach, Howie Roseman or Omar Khan can navigate an Owner who is constantly interferring.

The funniest thing about all of this isn't just Mike Tannenbaum was a former hire and fire of Woody Johnson. The fact remains Woody Johnson will continue to meddle; no matter who is the GM.
