Fernando just passed away at the young age of 63. While not really a Dodger fan, I respected his pitching dominance. This man set LA on fire in the 80's (known as Fernando-Mania) and jacked up attendance every time he pitched, predominantly with Hispanics fans (similar to when Hideo Nomo pitched with predominantly Japanese attendees). LA is an international melting pot so this was no surprise. Well done Fernando. You brought lots of excitement to families and children in SoCal and beyond.
