At least for one game he does, it started off kind of shaky for Wilson but he got it going after knocking off the rust. We're in first place just need Tampa Bay to beat Baltimore on MNF.

    :herewego!:

Yeah,I admit I was not a fan of this decision but if Wilson play well like he did in the final 3 quarter and can continue to turn back the clock a bit to his Seattle day, this team will be much different and for the better

I'm already daydreaming if Wilson can keep this up for maybe 3-4 years... but I typically live in lala land anyway.

30 points is nice. Let's see how it continues.

Also this is the most points scored against jets this season.

Wilson got it together. It looked ugly early, but he really came through.

We were never going anywhere with Fields. Seems Tomlin and smith knew it. Wilson provided the spark we needed.

i feel like last week we won by defense and special teams. Tonight we won on both sides of the ball And special teams. Complete team win.

It was the right decision, and honestly, thought it would happen because he was "the guy" out of training camp. Only one game, but 37 points and 264 yrds. passing, it was great to see. Should get better as he shakes the rust off. Hat's off to Beanie and the D as well.

Didn't see the game again (working overtime... again) but I did see the score. Gonna have to go to the All 22 again to see what Russell Wilson did. I can say one thing though; knocking out the likes of the Jets is a massive win for a number of reasons.

1.) Playoff seeding. Who's to say New York cannot win some games down the road?! People tend to forget how ridiculous Pittsburgh's Defense is when fully healthy. Tonight was a good reminder of that.

2.) Tomlin's Decision: For one night?! Tomlin can rest easy. Russell Wilson will have to keep it up though. New week against the Giants should be interesting to watch.

If the O -Line can get a Lil better this O will be dangerous. And I would still try to bring in another WR.

I'm not getting carried away yet, but that was fun. Some of those throws were honestly pretty lucky, but Russ got the bounces.

Jets defense has some players, but they honestly played like garbage tonight especially their D line

Yes, go Baker and the Bucs tomorrow!

Experience cant be overlooked. I admot i was wanting Fields to start but admit i was wrong. For atleast tonites game it showed. Wilson also made plays staying in pocket when i thought he was about to be killed and given the WR chances by throwing it up.

Lot's of injuries in their D. Next man up....but, we all know it's hard when you're missing a bunch of your top guys. Oh well, glad to see Russ and team get the W. Onto the Giants we go!!

Tomlin deserves credit. Russ is more experienced and better at leading the offense. The improvement in the passing game helped the run game. This is the kind of output you need to compete in the playoffs.

They need to better watch Russ excessively on sneaks and not get him hurt.

I think a lot of Russ' (and team) success is going to count on the O Line being top notch. His legs just won't be able to get him out of trouble like they used to.....

With the injuries we’ve seen this season none of our opponents can use that excuse against us

Nice to see the TE's get targets. 4 catches for Washington has to be his best game so far. I know they need his blocking but I think everyone wants to see that guy become a pass catching threat that punishes DB's ala Gronk style.

Can't wait to hear Cowherd spin this Steelers improbable win. He betted on the Jets. :lolol:
