Scratch your 1st round safety. Basically move all your picks up a notch but grab the RB in the 5th

Yep. You're from the south alright. Look at all that SEC. No TN guys though? Some people have told me Rivera is good and Patterson is also. What's your thoughts on those guys?

rivera is good. patterson is a head case. i have said many times on here everytime i see his name brought up. we want no part of him. i just laughed when i seen a drill at the combine when you catch the last ball and turn up the sidelines and run. it was his second attempt. he done it the first time but second he just ran out of bounds and then realized it and ran. he quits on routes. thats all you need to know. yes i love the sec. i just think this year the positions we need there are some quality proven players at those positions. for the record i didnt realize i went sec at almost every pick.lol

Yeah that's why I was laughing because it's just a subconscious thing for a guy that lives in SEC country to naturally pick SEC players.

Reid in the 1st is a reach, IMO. I like the other picks though. I've been pimping Mellette for awhile. If we get him in the 7th, I'd be ecstatic.

maybe at 17 but he is a first round talent and fills a major need. with his workout i think he is worthy of it. add that with the tape on him, no way he is there in second

I've seen you say this a lot about Patterson, well, about anyone on Tennessee :lolol: but I have read a ton of analysis on this guy and no one has mentioned anything you do. The closest I have seen as a knock about him is that he is raw, not a lot of experience.

ask any tenn fan. not that i am one i just get stuck watching and hearing about them all the time. not gonna drop names or anything but i know alot of people close to the program. best way to describe it is nobody and i mean nobody was sad to see him go. i know for a fact he couldnt learn the playbook. players would have to tell him where to line up and what route to run. if the organization does their homework and i am sure they will. they wont pick him. i am hoping thats is the case.

you have to be careful there too. not all sec teams are created equal. each position could be a guy ranked 1-12 we don't want the 12th best guys at a position in the sec compared to the #1 guy from the big 10.
