As far as the team chemistry BS. I challenge anyone to rewatch the Raiders game and watch Russell on the sideline. Talk about being the Offensive Captain, I have never seen a Steelers backup QB so active on the sidelines with all the players on the offense.

Same as me . I think 2-3 games to see if there is any favorable changes in the offense. If not....go back to the kid.

Really. Then he is playing both sides of the fence. Because when asked....during the preseason they said He, and Heyward helped recruit Wilson here.

At least the next two games, depending on the circumstances. If he really stinks it up, maybe they go back to Fields after the bye. If he's mediocre but they're winning in the same manor as with Fields, I imagine they'll give him the entire bye week to practice with the ones and start against the Commanders.

You are right. JF's running was big part of the 4-2 record. Hell, it gave the D some extra rest. Not like the recent past of 3 and outs way to much. Russell is hampered with our WR situation. And he sure the hell won't be scampering for first downs. I just hope ego's stay in check and Tomlin does whatever it takes to win, regardless who is QB.

IMO we have to be 6-2 at the break for a shot at Playoffs. Schedule get's nasty.
