That is the key word right there.. Micromanaging. And I believe it starts from the very top of this franchise. Keeping a coach for 17+ years now and can’t win a game in the playoffs.

I don’t blame Arthur Smith … we got some injuries on a line that isn’t great to begin with…Khan left him with only 1 decent WR…

But I think ultimately the cure is putting the ball in the endzone…and I don’t think Fields excels at that, but Wilson does. I would make the move.

We've been overdue for a change. Unless Russ can turn back the clock and we go on a real run we’re looking another 9-8 to 8-9 season.

This players coach buddy buddy act gets old when you haven't won a playoff game in 8 years. Pretty soon no player of consequence who is serious about winning a chip is going to come here (Brandon Aiyuk).

 

Offense is doing fine. Just need to make the defense play better apparently.

It all how You look at it. You think they are so talented because You watch them. I've seen Dallas, 49ers, Browns, Ravens, and other teams with as much talent, or more, and not win any SBs.
Also.....I could say.....if Cowher, and , or Tomlin had as much talent as Noll had.....they both might have won more SBs, but I wont......because it's all fantasy....saying this team had this, and this team had that, and if this guy was here. Hell I could say if Cowher was the HC We wouldn't even had the Killer Bs. Its all fantasy.....and Noll retired, and Cowher retired, and so on.
I mean I've hear Sean McVay was the genius....how many SB has he won....does it look like he will be winning one soon??? How about 49ers head coach.....hasn't he had a $hit load of talent??? How many SB wins does he have....any???? See this is why you can't do this.

 

I will say again. Name Me a HC that has been fired without having a losing season, and then tell me how that went.
